HOW FOUND THIS CAREER
Before I became a massage therapist I massaged a friend's shoulders in her kitchen. As I did this, she told me that I was as good or better than the therapists she was paying. I have a gift for massage. I always go right to the knots and kinks so you receive maximum benefit during the time you schedule.

There are many ways I will customize your session. Here's some options available: incense, scented oil (lavender, cedarwood-sage, many others) soothing music,. I have a table warmer.
Massage Modalities: Integrative, intuitive massage; Swedish: Swedish-Shiatsu.
Optional Bodywork Modalities: Reiki, Channeled Energy Work, Sound Vibration Healings. shamanic energy and ceremonies, or holistic health reference
MASSAGE:
Integrative, Intuitive Massage: Integrative means that the body is seen as an interconnected web of parts. Stress, injury or disease, disrupts this interconnectedness and integrative massage restores it. I combine these other types together into a seamless session: Swedish, Shiatsu, Esalen, Reiki
Swedish: Rhythmic, varied strokes with light-medium pressure, oftenusing both hands simultaneously.
Deep Tissue: For those who want the benefits of intense, skillfully directed pressure.
If you want an exceptional massage and only that come and be pampered. For those interested in the metaphysical, we move into the realm of healing & ceremony
TYPES OF HEALING: As with massage, the session elements are adapted to your specific and unique needs and will be integrated into a flowing whole. Call for information on these.
